Seboka Khati

Seboka Khati is a dedicated and skilled Information and Communication Technology (ICT) professional currently serving as the ICT Officer at the Lesotho Boston Health Alliance (LeBoHA). In this role, he is responsible for providing technical support, managing ICT infrastructure, maintaining institutional information systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's technology services. He also plays a key role in implementing and supporting digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, teaching, learning, research, and administrative functions across the institution. Seboka holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Computing, specializing in Software Engineering, which he obtained in 2021. His academic background has equipped him with strong knowledge and practical skills in software development, systems analysis and design, database management, networking, and information systems.

In addition to his degree, Seboka earned a Huawei Certified Routing and Switching certification in 2020, demonstrating his expertise in computer networking, network configuration, routing and switching technologies, and network administration. This certification complements his software engineering background and enables him to effectively manage and support modern ICT environments. Throughout his career, Seboka has been committed to delivering reliable ICT services and providing timely technical support to staff and institutional stakeholders. He has contributed to the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems, website development and maintenance, network administration, ICT infrastructure improvements, systems development, cybersecurity initiatives, and user training. His problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and dedication to continuous improvement have significantly contributed to the efficiency and effectiveness of the institution's ICT services.
